Maxwell C. Burke
Associate
Max works with clients of all sizes, including individuals, businesses, and governments. His experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation to appeal, in a variety of forums, from administrative hearings to state and federal court. Max joined the firm in 2018 after two years of private practice at a litigation firm that focused on land use and environmental law. He previously externed for the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington. Outside of work, Max’s favorite activities include cooking (and eating), traveling, and hiking throughout the great Pacific Northwest.
