Morgan K. Edrington


Morgan represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, municipal liability, product liability, aviation law, and trust and estate disputes. Morgan has tried cases to verdict and appeared before the Washington Court of Appeals to favorable outcomes. She joined the firm after two and a half years of private practice with a mid-sized firm in Tacoma, Washington. Morgan previously externed for the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

    • Practices a wide variety of civil cases focused on commercial disputes, real estate, contested trusts and probates, and bankruptcy and receivership.

    • Argued an issue of first impression to the Court of Appeals

    • Drafted over 15 appellate briefs in the Court of Appeals and to the Washington Supreme Court
