Rachael R. Wallace


Rachael’s civil litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, aviation law, product liability, class action defense, employment disputes, and municipal liability. Rachael joined the firm in 2017 after two years of private practice with a large, national law firm.

Rachael is the president of the King County Bar Association Aviation Section. She also serves on the board of an educational non-profit called Alliance of Women Achieving Knowledge and Excellence (AWAKE).

Rachael earned her law degree from University of Washington School of Law, where she was the managing articles editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts and president of the Student Bar Association. She externed for the Honorable Marsha J. Pechman, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. In 2013, the National Association of Women Judges awarded Rachael the Equal Access to Justice Award.
