Trust, Estate, and Fiduciary Litigation

Our attorneys have experience litigating a wide variety of disputes related to trusts and estates. We understand the complex procedural rules applicable to such disputes, and also recognize the emotional toll such litigation can have on our clients. Our experience includes the following:

  • Cases brought under the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA)
  • Breach of fiduciary duty by trustees, personal representatives, attorneys-in-fact, and other fiduciaries
  • Guardianships
  • Probate disputes
  • Trust disputes
  • Will contests

Representative Work

Achieved a favorable summary judgment in excess of $1,000,000 against defendants, as well as an award of attorneys’ fees and costs of nearly $200,000.
  • Successfully resolved numerous cases involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duties.
  • Represented alleged incompetent senior in petition for protective order brought under the Vulnerable Adult Protection Act.
